OUTLINE SCHEDULE
9.00am Registration
9.45am Keynote speech and presentations
3.15pm Conference closes
4.00pm Exhibition closes
Each conference began with a keynote speech (a regional Director from the Primary National Strategy team) and a presentation from an LEA that has successfully implemented some Wave 3 interventions.
Delegates were then able to attend presentations by up to three Wave 3 Interventions (there was a choice of intervention at each of the three sessions). When delegates registered for a conference they were asked to choose which presentation they would like to attend in each session. Places were allocated on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.
An exhibition, featuring most of the interventions presenting at the conference, ran throughout the day at each conference.
Please note that the BIRMINGHAM, LEEDS and SLOUGH/WINDSOR conferences have now all taken place. In answer to the question 'How helpful has the day been to you?' 66% of delegates to the conferences gave a score of 4 or 5 (with 5 being 'most helpful')!
